That lived experience has changed me.

Like many women, there have been moments where I’ve felt exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, disconnected from myself, and unsure how to navigate the hormonal storm that can arrive during midlife.

Not just the physical symptoms…
but the emotional ones too.

The nervous-system exhaustion.
The overstimulation.
The mental load.
The invisible pressure of holding everything together while quietly trying to heal yourself at the same time.

For a long time, I immersed myself in researching root cause health, cellular wellness, nervous-system regulation, foundational healing, and the deeper connections between the body, mind, emotions, and environment.

What started as a personal healing journey slowly became something much bigger.
